I have a Kustom head model # is 200 A-1. The serial number apears too have been tampered with, it looks like the number was 21130 but someone has tried to stamp a 3 over the first 1 making the number 23130. if anyone can give me any info on this head i would appriciate it. Rob
It was not tampered with.
This was done at the Kustom factory.
Some of the 21xxx serial numbers were overstruck to make them 23xxx serial numbers.
We do not know why this was done.
Only the 21xxx series of serial numbers were overstruck.
Your K200A-1 was made about Jan/Feb 1968 and is 100 watts RMS at 4 ohms. For more info on your amp, search this site for K200A or K200A-1.

That head could have come with a number of different cabinets. The most common one sold would be a 2-15" loaded with with 2 CTS drivers for bass, or 2 Jensen C15L drivers for guitar, or the next step up would be a 3-15" version of each cabinet.
You can view these in the literature section on this site.
