Will, I've made my own. 3/4" plywood and Joann's fabric store has a black nauahyde that is a really close match to the original. I use it a lot on amps and speaker cabinet where the lower portion of the covering is ripped up or torn. I'm sure there will be a store near where you live. Finding the vent plates is the hard part.

Thanks for the info Don. I may very well go that route and build one myself. I was just hoping someone may have one lying around, cause all the missing ones have to end up somewhere, right? I have never covered anything in naugahyde but I guess this hot weather should make it a bit easier for the stretching and stapling. And yes I am sure the vent covers would be hard to find so I may initially just do closed back and if i dont like the sound I will break out the jigsaw and figure a way to fabricate some vent covers. - Will

JC is one of the collectors that hang on this site. He replaced some missing 3" port holes with some 3" dia. round plastic plugs that he found maybe at home depot, they are used in finishing trim rings for computer desks. JC can help us in what he found, and where he got them. I saw the amp when he was finished and it looked great.
The material I've used from that fabric place, is very stretchable and is easy to work with.
