Have you tried cleaning them with a high quality contact spray cleaner like DeOxit?

also the TRT 100 model did not come into being untill 1999.
I have one of these models and if I am not mistaken cleaning the pots will be quite a chore!

A can of Radio Shack cleaner/lube may be easyer and faster for you to findas thats what I use most of the time. You will need to wipe off any excess dripping from the pots due to the posts and tube sockets being mounted on the same circuit board, wrapping strips of paper towles around each pot will help as will packing some around the entrance area of the pot so no spray comes out.
Use only the amount you need to get rid of the pot noise.

First question I have, is what type of cleaner did you use before?

I imagine that all of the pots are pc mounted. They will probably have a resistance value printed or stamped on their cases. This stamp will sometimes also include a code letter that indicates the taper as well.

Open up the amp and measure the diameter of the pot cases. They will be maybe 16mm or 24mm. Then write down the values and taper codes for each pot.

Once you have the list, check online suppliers like Digikey or Mouser, etc. and you should be able to order what you need.

Now one problem that may come up is the shaft type. If the knobs are push on types that need knurled shafts, you may have a problem finding those in all the values that you need.

Hope this helps.

Lowlife. If you need it I have the schematic for the TRT100 and can scan it for you on Moanday email to you if you PM your adress.
From what I recall from having my amp opened up the last time is that the pot size is not 24mm.
Only rarly have I had to replace pots in such a new amp though. I have unsoldered them from the board, un- bent the tabs that holds them together and soaked them in soapy hot water and bruched them with a real soft tooth brush, then air dryed them off and lubed the carbon trace back up with a wipe of spray cleaner/lube.
If you have to wipe the carbon trace to clean it or lube it use nothing but a Q-tip.
You may see wiper marks on the carbon trace from the contacts and that is ok, but any grooves would mean its time to replace the pot.

whaen the amp was working ok for you did you find it had enough clean head room for you?

The reason I ask this is due to the fact that when I first got my amp and went to set it up on my test out rig, I found that it only put out 60 watts RMS not 100 was the amps model number would lead you to beleive.
The reason for this difference is thatit seems that the output transformer is wound to make use of EL34 type output tubes not the 6L6GC tubes it comes with.
When you install EL34 out put tubes the amp will then put out 92 watts RMS or a 50% cain in power!
I think this swap was done due to the fact that Kustom engineering/desinger`s screwed up with the needed spec`s of the amps power trandformer, as it can not supply the additional heater current that the EL4`s need compaired to the 6L6GC tubes the amp comes fitted with.
So in short what they did to get around the problem was to just switch to 6L6 type tubes.

You can get around the problem if need be by install a seperate 3 amp 6.3 volt filiment transformer, and wire it up to just power the heaters on two of the output tubes`s.
EL34 tube`s play totally different than the 6L6GC`s do because EL34`s are not have electron beam froming plates in them asthe 6L6`s do.
A EL34 tube has a more playable dynamic range and provides more control over how fast the tube start`s to clip when played hard.

Untill I found this out about my amp I always wondered why the price of these amp`s went from 740 bucks down to the price of 400 when I picked mine up, and I now think preceding explane`s why!
