I just saw a photo of a Kustom 200 head with two "Overload" controls located on each side of the power toggle. I've never seen that before, what are they for?

Those are only seen on the 200A heads.
They are circuit breakers and having them on a solid state amp is a very bad idea!
They react to slow to a circuit problem.
Once Kustom amps output circuits where up graded to also detect overloads by a fast acting solid stated means these circuit breakers where never seen on a Kustom amp again.
To this day I don't know why they did not stay with the fuse set up that the Frank amps had.
Fact of the matter is that if any solid state amp pops it's fuse it's for a reason and stuffing another fuse in it will not get it back up and running.
This is another reason why the amps that had those circuit breakers was a mistake.
If I owned a amp with these I would unhook them and install in line splice in fuse holders .
