Wow, I was sure it must have been aftermarket. Stamped? Could you elaborate? It sure looks like tuck and roll from the pictures, just not as thick a padding as the Kustoms.

There were a lot of amps that were covered in either true tuck n' roll, or like this amp embossed patterned vinyl. Plush, Harmony, Jensen, St.George, Teisco, etc. all tried to capture the feel and popularity of the Kustom originals.
By "stamped", BC is referring to the fact that the lines of pleats in the covering are created by heat sealing the two sheets of vinyl together as seams, unlike true tuck n' roll where the pleats are created in part by the application of the covering. If you look carefully at the photos, you will see thin lines separating the padded strips in the covering. These lines are heat sealed seams.

yep.. I remember seeing rigs in the JC Penny and Sears Wishbooks..small models..relabeled..but likely made by Teisco..looks like a cool Rodak addition Chip...
