K200B-1 [message #13142] Wed, 10 March 2010 03:02   belasco Messages: 6 Registered: December 2009 Junior Member Hello, Would like to get some info on my K200B-1 Head, normal channel seems to be functioning fine. Bright channel is having some problems with extreme hiss, treble and bright knobs extremely increase hiss and the Vol knob does not increase Volume much. In fact once you get past the 2nd mark it turns the vol down and ultimately off. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated, also if anyone has schematic for this model that would be great. K200B-1 Gray sparkle believe 100watts at 4ohms. Thx in advance Belasco Report message to a moderator

I have the schematics for a red sparkle k200b, but they should work for you as I have alrady used them to fix a standard black k200B! lol. Sorry, I am just pockin some fun. If you PM me your email I will send them to you, or I can fax them. Your amps problem sounds like a shorted cap on that brite channel, the brite switch itself may also need a cleaning.
