I just picked up a Kasino Club on C.L. for 80 bucks. It came with the cover and the little round footswitch. On the back plate it says U 100-P. The insides look almost exactly like my K 200 B-5 except the 2 electrolytic caps and the transformer are a good bit smaller than the 200. So would I be correct to assume that this head would be 50 watts rms? Also, this sounds just about the same except this is much quieter when running at an idle. The Kasino does not have the ocean type hiss that some of my other Kustoms have. Is there any particular reason for this or just dumb luck?

You are correct, the smaller power supply is due to the amp being 50 watts RMS as in half the power of the K200.
The latter amps like the Kasino line used the layout and boards as the K100 models, but a bit newer/less noisy transistors.
