I'm back! Man, it has been a while, but just picked up a dead MINT---Kustom Commander!! It is like, it never left the showroom! Issue though, is the reverb is not working----I can jossle or bump the cabinet and I can hear the springs make a noise as all amps do with a spring reverb tank when you bump them---but no reverb is added to the sound....the trem/vib/ works and is the best I have ever heard-----but alas, no reverb to the sound......BTW, (as always...), there is no footswitch either.....UGH! Any ideas?

The good news is that at least the output side of the reverb pan is working and so is the reverb recovery amp. Most problems with reverb pans are (1) the little wires that go from the RCA jacks on the pan to the transformers break off and need to be resoldered (2) the end of one side of the spring(s) break off orthe tempered wire that forms the hook that retains the spring to the 2 brass bullet like cones breaks off,or(3) the transformers windings get loose on their metal core, but with this problem you would still get some reverb. So check the wires first, if that is all that is wrong, then get some thick gel type superglue and hit the windings with it so they do not come loose. If the little hooks are broke, then its time for a new pan. I have tryed for many hours to fix them and its not worth it, just get a new pan.To proove out the input side of the pan you can take the pans input cord and with a adapter feed it into another amp, since this is the original signal just hotter, so watch out it will be loud through another amp.
