Recently a Kustom head came into my possession and I'm having trouble figuring out what kind it is. The stamped model number tag on the back is partially destroyed, but I can make out 215-J (maybe T)-2. Color is Teal/'cascade' 12 knobs on the front no # under the kustom logo and "by ross inc." below the input jacks. While taking a look at it, the previous owner appears to have put the wrong main fuse in it and before I move on to other maintenance issues want to make sure I have the correct one in place. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site. From your description you have a K200A-2 head.
The 215J-2 was a short lived way of marking the models. The 215 would be a 2x15" speaker cabinet and the J would indicate the speaker cabinet has Jensen Speakers. The dash -2 indicates the amp has Reverb, Trem/vibrato. The fuse should be a 3 amp.
Hope this helps,
pleat
