Hey ya'll, if anyone is needing a power transformer a guys selling some on ebay for $16.95. They're NOS for a 100 watt Music Man Bass amp and test out 78 volts @ 2 amps on the secondary. I thought it was a great deal, bought it and installed it into my KII lead and it fit like a glove and works great. Just thought I'd pass along the info to anyone that has a bad one to replace.

I didn't know that Musicman ever made a solid state bass amp. All of the amps that I've seen are hybrid solid state preamps with tube output stages.

This is the ebay listing below:

Your probably right, I thought they were SS pre and tube output, but its 78 volts out the secondary and thats good enough for what I needed. He has the wiring schematic for it on the posting. I thought $16.95 or best offer with 9 available would be a fantastic buy for someone in the need of one.

I looked it up, they did make an all solid state amp. That is a great deal on the transformers. Maybe I'll stock up on couple.

Thanks for the tip!
