Which K200 model amp was built just for six string guitar ? I've been told several stories so I'm asking you Pro's for the correct answer. Thanks as always for your time.

Any of the K200s (or really, any Kustom tuck'n'roll amp) is suitable for guitar, 6 string or otherwise. The preamp and power amp sections of all models in a given series are pretty much the same. The main differences are the available effects and the speakers (the speakers would make the most difference in the basic sound). The K200-1s are typically thought of as bass amps, because of their lack of effects, but if you don't need Reverb or Tremolo or any of that other fun stuff, it would sound the same as a -2, -3, -4. Even the -5, typically sold as a PA head because it has four channels, would work fine as a guitar or bass amp (and it has Reverb, which the -1 doesn't have).

Kustom never really designated anything as a bass or guitar amp.

Well in the lit. section you can see they had guitar and bass amp sections. Looks like the differences they made with those is what speakers you got with the cabinets. Like D140F vs. the 130F or a Jensen vs. a CTS... ect. But really, all the amplifiers are good for guitar.
