my K100 2 playing it thru the 2x12 cts cabinet has a steady hum when turned on.
can someone give me suggestions of how to troubleshoot this?
Is there a Schematic on this amp here on the forum?
thanks

Does the hum change at all by turning any of the controls? If you look at the speakers when you turn on the amp, do the cones move in or out and stay there?
Yes, there is a schematic for your amp in the technical section.

If your trouble shooting skills include having a voltmeter and knowing how to use it the set it for DC volts and hook it up across the unplugged in end of the speaker cable with the amp turned on, take note of that voltage measurement and report back to us.
