I just bought a Kasino combo 4x10 200 watts. Looking at the literature here it looks like model 402. Does any one have specific literature, manual, schematics? It has no speakers but I think it came with 4 10" 16 ohms. First thing I did was replace the RCA jack speaker output with a 1/4 phone jack so I can hook up any external cabinet. Next will be to replace the two prong AC cord with a modern 3 prong grounded one. Any help or info appreciated.

Hello and welcome.
I am not sure what you have there but Kustom would never use a rca type jack to feed speakers!
Number 1 a rca jack type connection can not handle the current it needs to pass even in a 100 watt amp, no less a 200 watt amp, and number 2 heavy enough two conductor non shielded rca type cables are not made by anyone, and 3 there is no definitive interlock when you plug it in!
A 200 watt Kustom / kasino wants a 4 ohm load to output its full amount of wattage.
I myself have never seen a 200 watt 4-10" Kasino model and I would think that it's more like a kustom k100 4-10" 100 watt combo, or a Kustom K150 4-10" model, both of which want a 8 ohm load to output there full wattage.
There's no majic to using this type of simple amp, so if you don't mind me saying I can't see why you would need a manual, you only need a foot switch to turn the effects off on the fly!
If you want you can remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the amp and take some photos to send me, I can then figure out what PC boards are in there and tell you what schematics we have on this site that would be the same .

I have pictures including the original speaker connector but I don't know how to add them. As a note the screws to hold the chassis in the cabinet are from the side, not the bottom. The PCAs are art number PC5013 for the front control board and PC502A for the rear board. I wanted the manual to see if if explains what the 4 1/4 jacks labeled TO Output Monitor are for. My assumption is to monitor the wave forms from the output transistors.
With that pc board for the power amp, the RMS wattage is 100 watts. The peak music power rating is the 200 watts that you mentioned.
The word monitor is somewhat similar to what we think of as p.a. monitors nowadays. The monitor outputs could be sent to another powered speaker cabinet, or to a p.a. system or to a recording console.

Thanks for the info on the Monitor outputs. Yea, I know Kustom 200s are 100WRMS but in the Kasino literature on this board it says 200 watts of thumping power so a little unclear. Can you tell me how to post pics in this forum?
