I've seen 2x10 combo or SC amps marked as K100C-8 and K150-8.

What is the difference? Age? Power?

Age, yes.
Power yes, 50 watts RMS K100s and 75 watts RMS K150s, which is due mainly from the K150s having a choke in the power supply.
The K150s stay much more punchy as they get cranked out.

Further investigation reveals the K100s were manufactured from September 1969 ~ June 1970, while the K150s started in July 1970.
