Model: 2-12+H (i presume means '2x12" plus horn')
serial # 70364 and 70365

A little beat up, untested, but couldn't pass up the deal

What do I need to power these bad boys? Would my ol' K-200A1 be up to the job?

Yes, your K200A will work fine as each one of those cabinets are 8 ohms.
