My kasino club has very low volume unless you turn up tone controls mainly the bass tone. You get volume then,but there is a loud hissing or whoosing noise.Very noticeable.Any ideas on what might be causing this.I don`t have any schematics.Sure would appreceiate any help.Thank`s, Ken Taylor

First place I'd look is loose grounds and cold solder joints.....
