I have a Kustom 200 that was my late brothers and it hasn't been used in at least 20 years, so I took it to a shop I trust to get it going again and they tell me it needs the the NTE725 transistor and maybe several of them. I have been unable to locate this item and has anybody had success using the UA739/XR4739 or is there something better I should be trying to locate instead? Do you know where I can buy them?

k200 heads do not use that 14 pin 725 IC chip, you must have a K250 head or other type of metal face front panel amp!
I have a new ones I will sell you if that's what you need, PM and let me know!
