I found a company Electronic Surplus that carries a CTS SPDT rotary switch that looks like it's switch deck is the same as found on the "Bright" switches that many Kustom preamp boards use, especially the 100 & 200 "plexi" amps.

You'll have to do a little "surgery" to swap the decks, but it should work.

There's also an "unmarked" switch with same kind of switch deck that might work as well.
