I created a component list for PC105 Form K1012 REV.3, 12-69 Listed below. When I look at the board in my amp, I clearly see 3 33K resistors but they are not on the component list. They appear original however, other resistors look to be replacement metal film resistors (see photo).

How reliable are the schematics? Should I just try and replace what is on the biard?

Just replace with the same values that you find.

Which pre-amp board are you looking at? My browser is too old to get to see the blowups of your photos.

Your amp a K200B-1 will have two different pre-amp boards. One is what is considered the "normal" channel which is the PC105 board. The second channel is the "bright" channel which is the PC203 board. The PC203 board has (I think) two additional transistors and a handful of additional parts. Are you looking at the wrong board?

As for the differences from board to schematic, there will always be few differences, based upon circuit updates, etc. The schematic that you have may or may not be the version that your amp was built to. Most of the schematics will be marked with the changes that have been made. Kustom marked theirs with small numbers next to the parts that had been changed.

If the amp is working, and you are just replacing parts to see if you can reduce the noise levels, I suggest just using the values that you have and don't worry so much about matching the schematic.
