Hey guys there's a green sparkly kustom cab for sale listed on the boston craigslist... don't have enough cash to buy it myself, but hopefully someone here will give it a good home =)
A 2x15 cascade cabinet with a few rips usually is not worth $500.
Now if it really is Green - that's different. I copied the ad below.
"Sparkly Green Plush Kustom 2x15 cab - a few rips here and there but the speakers are perfect and original - The cab is at my brother's house in Winchendon - I'm in London - I'm only selling it because it would cost too much to ship over. I dont have any pictures - could possibly get some next week. 500.00 firm"

There's someone selling a 2X15 cabinet and a K-200 head for 500 near there. I figured the price was kind of high. I'm not sure how rare a green one is... FYI, there's a Kustom blue sparkle Charger out in western NY... beautiful, but a bit of a stretch for even me...

Without pictures, any price may be too much in any color. The actual condition of the cabinet, color and type of speakers in the cabinet, not just reading what the tag or speaker jack states the type of speakers. The tag only states what speakers were in the cabinet when it left the factory. 40+ years anything could have happened to the original speakers. The Kustom charger amp you spoke of is the slant metal face, square power light and is a 75 watt RMS single channel amp with a 15" bass speaker. Again if that amp is something your looking into, I'd still remove the back and check the speaker. I personally prefer the old plexi face amps.

I dunno.. I think anyone who advertises a Kustom, especially a T&R, will piss off anyone who finds out it isn't one. I've heard the term Plush before, though. Maybe it is... If he puts up pictures I'll repost...
Maybe six months ago, a girl in Massachusetts had a green Plush 2x15 for sale - it was over-priced at the time - so it could be the same one.
She did not have a picture.

That thing looks rough. Sonically, it might be functioning fine, but cosmetically, I'd say it's a long distance from being a $500 cabinet, even if one were collecting Plush amps.
I gave less than that for a pair of Kustom 2 15's + 15" horn in excellent working order and cosmetically a 9.5+.
I'd pass, even if I weren't 1200 miles from Mass. LOL
