Hey everybody,
If you are looking for a good reconer, check out Dusty's Speaker Reconing.
His ebay name is dustysamps .

I just got an incredible pair of reconed 1963 C12R’s from him.
His price is lower than most, his shipping is at actual cost, he stands behind his work, he has money back guarantee, and he ships fast.

Hey Less, you might try reconing yourself! I did last month here where I work with 3 10" drivers from the Madison square Garden sports system, and they turned out great! The hardest part is scraping out the old surround and spider from the frame, installing and gluing the new parts was easy.
Orange county speakers will sell you cone kits and glue, in the end with out having to ship what could be a heavey driver both ways, you end up saving almost half the cost on average.

Another source is SimplySpeakers.com. They are very friendly and will build a kit for your application. I have reconed JBL E120's, E140's, Jensen C12N's and some old obscure JBL's that I forget. Hell, I forget yesterday. What was this post about again?
