Altec 421A's [message #11294] Wed, 01 July 2009 00:46   mcline5804 Messages: 13 Registered: January 2007 Location: kansas city Junior Member Don, Thanks for the help with replacing my power cord. You stated to get the full watts out of my K200 was to add another cabinet what I want to do is replace the CTS'S I have with Altec 421A'S. Since the Altec's are 8 ohm speakers then when wired the right way I should get to the 4 ohms? Thanks, Mark Report message to a moderator

Most of my amps have the CTS. Someday you should try two 8 ohm CTS cabinets with a K200 head. That is another nice tone if you do not mind the inconvenience of a second cabinet.
