That is a Plush 3x15 - no relation to Kustom.
Many Plush speakers had 3 chrome ports on one side.
Plush cabinets were all plywood - no particle board.
Speakers were front mounted and the cabinet backs were not removeable.

Oh, wow... I thought it vaguely resembled a K... figured it was either an oddball piece or a ripoff...

Plush cabinets where some 3 inches less in depth than a kustom cabinet and as such really lack bottom end no matter how many driver are in it!

Is there a history of these cabinets somewhere on the Internet? I'm just curious when they stopped making these things...

There is a Plush site out there. If I find the link, I'll post it, or you can Google it.

The Plush line was like a combination of Kustom styling and Fender tube amp design.

Instead of tuck and roll, their amps were diamond tufted. The circuitry was almost part for part copies of Fender Bassmans, Twin Reverbs, etc.

As I remember it, they stopped production in the early 70's, maybe 1972. Some of the owners went on to start Earth, which made copies of Peavey amps.
