I have this Kustom 150 guitar head, NO model number and serial #74127. It has the REVERB section with 2 rotary controls - one for Intensity and one for Tone. Then adjacent to this is the TREMELO/VIBRATO Section with 3 rotary controls - one for Tremelo, one for Speed and one for Vibrato. I've always loved those controls. However, without moving it or doing anything to it, the TREMELO/VIBRATO Section just quit working. The REVERB Section still works fine. Any ideas as to what happened? Secondary question. Is it normal to have the ID tag with NO Model number? It's not abused or scratched or anything like that. It just does not have the Model number filled in, just the Serial number. Thanks for any help, particularly on the TREMELO/VIBRATO situation. Cool

I hate when that happens!

The reverb and trem/vib are all on the same board, so if the reverb is working, the board is getting power from the power supply.

If you turn any of the trem/vib controls up and down do you hear any change in the sound of the amp? Do you have a foot switch plugged in the amp?

The boards are all connected together with push on Molex connectors, which can become oxidized. If you pull the head out with the plug pulled, you could try spray cleaning the connectors with a spray cleaner like Deox-It and a Q-tip.

Let us know what you find out.
