I recently was given a Kustom Boost Pedal. I am not good with pedal setups, so i am unsure how to hook this to my Fender M-80 Amp. The pedal has one line out from the pedal, no inputs. Any help is MUCH appreciated!

Hello and welcome.
I have to say I am sorry, but that pedal will only work with a vinatge 1971 thru 74 Kustom K250 model amp head and its related Boost circuit within the amp.
These pedals are hard to find, and if you put it up on ebay you will have it sold in a flash and make someone with one of these vintage amps very happy!

I just purchased a Kasino Little Joe that needs a Boost Pedal. If I can't find one is there anything I can use to substitute? How does it differ from a wah or volume pedal? What's inside of them?
All it has is a pot wired to a three conductor cable and a stereo 1/4" phone plug.
I know that we have dissected the pedals here before and have listed how they are wired and what the pot value was. In fact somebody was making them for sale for a while. Maybe a search of the board will lead your search.
I have one of these pedals and sadly it is a poor excuse for a wah wah pedal. If your looking for the real sound, get a Vox pedal or something along those lines. I was really disappointed with my bargain.

I really don't need a wah wah and already have a Vox. What I want is to get full use of the mid boost to dial in a midrange that will approximate a hybrid Vox amp for the 1960's. The boost control on my Little Joe doesn't change much and I'm wondering if I would get a bigger range with the pedal. Does your pedal do anything more than you can get from the Boost pot on the control panel?
No not at all and I have tried adjusting the pot control inside the pedal..... The range just doesn't seem to be there. The selector control on my cheap Silvertone guitar has a much larger range than the kustom boost control does in my opinion.
