New Frankie in silver coming [message #13591] Sat, 08 May 2010 00:57   Yooperdan Messages: 29 Registered: May 2010 Location: Da U.P. Junior Member Hi All, Just got on here, looks to be great folks. I'm picking up a '65 Frankie (#2921) and cab in silver. Its a C495. Anything to look for or keep an eye out for with this amp? I read something about the speaker fuse should be a 5 or maybe 4, no output protection from what I've read. I've always wanted a Kustom now I'm getting an early on from what I've read. The speakers have big square magnets from the pics I've seen. Would love any and all tips, heads ups or any info I could use with this beaut. Should be here tomorrow all sparkly and shit!! Yes the speaker fuse should be checked to confirm that it is a fast blow type( straight wire fuse)and that it is no more than 5 amps. Report message to a moderator
