HI, I just bought my first Kustom head on ebay,I'm super excited! now while i'm waiting for it to arrive, I want to know as much as I can about it and Kustoms. I bought a blue model K100-2 with the serial number 25544. I want to find out as much info on this as I can, so anything you know you should let me know.

Welcome and congrats on the purchase. The K100-2 is a single channel amp with reverb and vibrato. Pumps about 60 watts into a 8 ohm total load. Your amp wants a 8 ohm load. I would not recommend running it with a 4 ohm load. The amp has a high and low input. These inputs are more tone than gain. If you want to crack glass, use the high input.
These amps work really well with processor pedals, and really make them come to life.

Steve is a collector up in your area, Mankato, MN. I think is his home town.
Not sure how more I can tell you right now. I'm sure after you get it and hooked up, you may have some other questions. Again welcome to the most informative website.

Your amp was made about early June 1968.
Kustom started making the K100 about January 1968.

I have bad news. my time as a Kustom owner will be short. I'm all of a sudden having troubles with my car so I might need to sell my Kustom to get repairs. Now I have one question, what is this head worth? how much should I ask for it.
