New Kustom owner Looking for Schematics [message #14854] Fri, 10 December 2010 15:39   JoeT Messages: 13 Registered: December 2010 Location: Wynantskill, NY Junior Member Hello everyone. Just purchased my first Kustom a couple of weeks ago, a K100-1 with 2x12 bottom. K100 wasn't working, but was able to find the drawings, PC103, and repaired. Picked up a K100-2 with a 2x12 bottom last night. Head works but has issues. Looking to see if someone might have a schematic for the K100-2. I believe from searches I have done that has a PC104 board. If anyone has that schematic I would apreciate a copy. Hate to go poking around blindly. By the way both units I picked up are black. The K100-1 head and bottom were both in excellent condition, only 1 small tear on the bottom. The K100-2 head and bottom are in fair condition but I'm seriously considering redoing the tuck & roll myself. Probably charcal or cascade, have not decided yet. Very similar to the K100-1 except 1 channel and the addition of reverb and tremelo. Should be fairly easy to fix since I'm familar with teh K100-1. I haven't picked up the amp yet, probable tomorrow night, but the guy I got it from indicated the reverb didn't sound right and as he turned up the reverb level it reached a point where it pulled the guitar level down. I'm assuming theres a shorted component in the reverb circuit. Looks pretty straight forwrd from the schematic. Thanks Joe Treiber Report message to a moderator

I haven't looked at the schematic yet, but most Kustom amps were designed so that when you turn up the reverb control, it increases the reverb signal and reduces the straight signal.
