OK I have some update info for YA"LL: I got the 24 volts I needed from the power cap + red wire terminal of the module through a 24 volt zenear diode, reading 28.3 volts out and sent it to the + red wire on the frank chassis. I grounded the module chassis to the frank. I pulled the power from the same cap terminal for the power light on the frank and voala!!! Powers on and both channels work fine. I did notice a lot of signal so for good measure I dampened the signal through a 100K resistor to the input of the module. Things went a little distorted so I went with 2K and so far all looks good. The reverb gets real deep and theres plenty of clean volume. I replaced the 500uf paper cap with a 416 uf 100 volt on the reverb board, it was a good fit but do you thing thats going to be a problem? I now have to decide what I really want for this output section. The modules are 100 watt rated not to mention rare and I have several of the K-III models I never use and not very collectable I might add, rated at 125 watts. Hummmm what do you all think? Steve C

Nice job!
If you are not going to use the amp for bass Guitar the 100 watt module should serve you just fine.
I would base my pick on which one would be the lest work to set up on the Frank case.

OK I'm going with the module. This one that works is in mint shape so I'm using the non funtional one, its kind of beat up looking anyway. I'll recap it and replace all the transistors and check the diodes, that should solve that boards issues. I've already gutted it and placed the parts in the Frankie chassis. I'll only have to move the reverb board in 1/4" from the side and she fits with plenty of room for the short reverb tank over the top. I'll also have to make a new back panel for it. I put the 3X15 Frankie cab on this thing last night and this module unit will blow you out of the room. I've been experimenting with a single 12 at 8 ohm and wanted to see what she'd do at a little under 4 ohms. All I can say is WOW!!!! "BASS NOT A PROBLEM". Sounded fantastic. So clean and full sounding. I wailed on it for 15 or 20 minutes to see how hot I could get the output transistors, but never got hot so I'm thinking a 4 ohm load will do fine on this. I'll update ya on the progress. I got to find out how to put pictures on here. Thanks Steve C
