Hello all:
i am new to this site and I had a question or two about a Kustom stack that my father in law has in his basement. He has a 4 channel Tuck n Roll head, each channel has Volume, treble, bass and reverb knobs, the single cabinet has 2x 15" speakers and 1 X 15" aluminum cone horn/driver. He said at one time he had two matching cabinets but now only has the one. I have been trying to find info on when it was made and possibly its value. It is n very good condition with a little tearing on the rear panel of the cabinet due to road wear.
If you look at the back panel of the amp there is a serial number plate. Write down the serial number and then search the board here for the serial number list that Les Strickland has posted. It will give you a fairly accurate year of construction.
As for value, color, condition, model and location will all factor in the value. PA heads tend to be less valuable as most buyers tend to look for instrument heads.
Sorry, I just searched and I guess that Les has removed the list from his posting. He or one of the other guys may stop by here and see your post and they may be able to give you a date.
If you pull the amp chassis out of the case, you can read the date code on the parts, which will give you an approximate build time.

It is worth whatever you can get out of it. Seriously! If it all works 100.00- 150.00 The PA stuff just isn't as desirable as the instrument stuff. At least to me anyway for the head alone and the Tuck and roll has to be very nice too. It is all about color and condition.
