I do not have the footswitch for my Kustom K200a-2 which has the Reverb and Tremolo.

How can I turn on these effects without using the footswitch that I do not have.?

Thanks

You can wire the pins to ground to activate the effects and you will have to control the effects from the front panel.

If you look at the rear panel of the amp, at the lower right hand side there is a socket for the footswitch. Most A-series amps have a 4 pin male jack. What does your amp have?

You will need to connect two of the pins in the jack to the metal shell. If you have them, short wires with small alligator clips can be used to connect the pins to the metal mounting screws. Just to test things, you can use a small screwdriver or even a paper clip to short the pins to the outer jack ahell.

If you describe the jack that your amp has, we can help you figure out what you need to do.

Note! that you will get some popping and noise out of the amp when making/testing out these connections if the amp is on, but do not fear as there is nothing you can do wrong to harm the amp when playing with these switch points.
