I recently picked up this K250-2 and it came with no footswitch. I do not know if it had 1, 2, or 3 buttons, but as I obviously don't have one I have no idea and would greatly appreciate at least the knowledge of what I'm looking for.

Kustom offered two different footswitches for the K250-2 amp.
The original models came with a lighted two button footswitch. This model would have a XLR jack on the back panel.
The second version, they replaced the XLR jack with a stereo 1/4" jack.
If your amp has the 1/4" stereo jack, then any two button footswitch will work.
Let us know which jack you amp has.

The 250-2 head should only need a 2 button pedal. One button to activate the reverb and one to activate the tremolo. The only thing you need to know is what jack it takes 1/4 or the xlr. If it take the 1/4" it take a stereo TRS jack 99% of todays 2 button pedals are made that way. so about any 2 button pedal with a 1/4" jack will work.

Finding an original footswitch, you may want to watch Ebay. Two ways around finding an original, is to get any two button footswitch that you can cut off the 1/4" stereo plug and install an XLR 5 pin plug. You'd have to special order one since most are the 3 pin. The case would be ground, pin 3 is the trem/vib and pin 4 is the reverb. An easier way is to install a stereo 1/4 jack on the back panel and wire the jack using the two wires that go to the XLR jack. Pin 1 is the + voltage to power the original footswitch lights.
The module input jack is used to drive a second powered Kustom speaker cabinet and can also be used to drive a slave amp that connects to it's speaker cabinet.
