K150 Cascade Question [message #18704] Tue, 30 April 2013 13:54 mrasper Messages: 4 Registered: November 2006 Junior Member I have a cascade K-150 bass combo and I am a guitar player so I would like to temporarily swap the current guts with K100 guts... The K100-7 (2x12) chassis is the same width as the K150-6 (1x15) chassis. You would have to carve out shelf the amp bolts to, as the speaker jack output is in a different location. The lead channel on the K100-7 is a bright channel, so you won't have much full fat tone as you do on the K150-6. I own both the K150-7 (2x12) and K150-8 amps (2x10) and I use the normal channel. The reverb/trem channel is just to bright and brittle sounding to my ears. pleat Report message to a moderator
