I can not cross that number, but a 2n3567 crosses to a NTE 123.
a 123 is a small signal NPN type(small black plastic cased type) is this what you have, and also what Kustom amp and circuit board is this transistor found on?

Hi Stevem
It's on the PC103 Version 1 at Q123. It is small black round
and has a white label around crown. I see on the schematic now
it is labeled as a 2N3567 and someone wrote in PET3567, so I
guess you were on the right track. Thanks!
