OFF TOPIC: [message #2178] Sun, 24 November 2002 10:38 Anonymous HI GANG i found a website that might be of interest. www.ISHIBASHI-MUSIC.COM .i think its a fender distributor in japan.i saw a really nice fender mustang bass guitar on it model # MB98-75SD. for 60,000 yen ($488.in us dollars) = shipping. they quoted me $601. which means shipping is $122.they are going to let me know availability.i dont know if this is a good deal because ive seen mustangs here foe 500.00. i just never saw one like this over here. we will see. A lot of that stuff is being released in the US now and is attractively priced from MF and those types. The new reissue Mustangs are not bad at all - 'course it drives me nuts that we'd pay $500 for a reissue of a guitar that us oldtimers turned our noses up at when we could buy them for $75..... ;) Report message to a moderator
