A big "K" PRO-15 T cab has shown up in my area. Owner says it has a 200 watt EV speaker. Any chance of that being right?

Yes - I have actually played on a rig exactly like that one - a "Big K" amp with a 1-15 EV (it belonged to my cousin).

During that era Kustom used EV drivers in there top of the line stuff!
The band I was in back than had a Kustom PA rig that used two EV 12 inch drivers in each folded horn cab and each high frequency horn used a massive EV diver that was like 12 pounds in and of itself, it used the sperate biamps that are still seen for sale sometimes and was a killer system for back then!

Kustom offerd two versions, the Pro-15P and the Pro-15T cabs. The Pro 15P used a standard CTS and a Piezo Tweeter and the Pro15T uses the EV SRO 15" and the EV T35 tweeter with a normal and bright switch for the tweeter. Catalog specs for the 15 T cab was 100 watts RMS.
The cabinets were billed as a PA cabinet.

Again, thanks for the info. I was already seeing myself in possession of this cab and happily taking it apart and detailing and thumping away. Unfortunately, the seller ended up being a jerk-wad and my purchase didn't happen. Disappointed, but looking for the next prize.
