Hi
I am looking for a Kustom V Schematic and Hookup Paper / Book
Any clues out there?..
This mixer sits flat on table and even has a reverb tank installed inside
It has mono " main " and mono " monitor "
It has Echo input 1/4 on the back with others too
It is a 6 input mixer...

Yes... that is part of it.... also a schematic to see why monitor roars when Volumn is increased too...
It needs cleaning and pots need cleaning

I do not have a schematic for this mixer and it seems neither does our archive here on this site.
Does the mixer have a issue besides the scratchy control pot?

If you open it up and make note of the PC board numbers there might be a PC board close to being the same on this site.

I'm just trying to do a basic hookup with this mixer....
It has a Mono Main / 1/4 input...
It has a Mono Monitor Main 1/4 jack input....
It has an Echo 1/4 jack input...I can figure this all these inputs but it has other inputs too...

One of my bands back in the early 70s had one of these mixers and it was made to be used with powered speakers that each contained 2-15" drivers and a Altec type horn as I recall.

These where very basic mixers and I don't even think that there main and monitor outputs where balanced low impeadance, but I could be wrong after all these years!

Other then the issue that it seems your monitor section of the mixer has I can't see what your questioning in regards to running the unit.

You just send the mixers output into a power amp and then the power amp out to speaker!

Many power amps these days have a combo type input jack that accepts both a XLR input or a 1/4' TRS male end.
You would use the 1/4" input on the combo jack, the only thing is that if I am right about the mixer not being low impeadance then your going to have to Crank the mixer up more as running a unbalanced signal into a balanced input power amp will knock 6 db off the the mixers output level.

I just got hold of a Woodson W150-2 Guitar Amplifier which was part of the Kustom Series in the 70's
This amp uses the same circuitry as the Kustom amps and was another part of the series like Plush, Kasino, Kustom etc
I am looking to get a schematic if anyone knows where that can be found
