Can anybody tell me what the k250 amp covers look like? Are they ribbed, or regular grained naughahyde like the k200? Do they have the Kustom logo on them? Thanks, Thrill Bill

Bill, the covers were the same as the older 200 series. They did have the silver Kustom logo. I know I have one somewhere and may even have one for the 250 head. I know that in the older series, the A series head cover will not fit the B series. There is about an inch difference in depth. Don

Thanks Don. That's kinda what I figured. Seems like they are really hard to find...You would think just being 40 miles from Chanute, there would be lots around. I finally just bought some naughahyde and took over my wife's sewing machine to make a few, but some originals would be much better. Thrill Bill

You know my sister n law could probably make some covers. She a proffessional seamstress and made a nice cover for my nephews Fender amp. Now he's got a double cabinet Kustom he's gonna be wanting some covers for it. I have a Kustom 200 head and cab cover for her to make patterns by. I have a 2x12/2x10 amp she could copy too. I have a 250 cab cover for that pattern. I have a 3x15 cab too that has no cover. If several people wanted some I'm sure we could talk her into the cover business. She has one of the heavy duty machines for it already.

I won't have to really since my nephew bought a kustom now LOL.. He's outa town in L.A. for his work right now. When he returns he'll have some covers made for his and I'll have some made for some of mine. I'm thinking if she gets the patterns down. Then if would just be down to her labor time per cover and the material. I should know in a few weeks the whole story. But she did do a good job on the cover for his Fender Twin. Its a much better cover than fender sells with them by a long shot due to the quality and thickness of the material. Fender covers are kinda on the thin side.
