Hello. Are there any amp head cases out there that would fit a K200 decently? I really want to protect mine heads and I was wondering if there was anything out there that would fit decently, such as a generic one for a marshall or something. Otherwise I might just make one, but just wondering. Thanks!
Hi there. My suggestion would be to watch ebay. I have seen quite a few of them for sale over the past few months. Better to get an original cover, I would think. Just search under Kustom.
Hello. An original cover would be cool, but I want a hardcase to protect it better, not only from dust and rain, but from stuff hitting into it as well (so I don't break a knob or a switch). Thanks!

I have several suggestions. First, since the original covers are long gone, and were at the time flimsey, I would get a new heavy cover made. I deal in a company called "TUKI COVERS". Let me tell you, I have used them for a variety of products, and in my humble opinion, they are the finest in the country! They are not overly costly, and available in the light cover or the heavy padded Dupont nylon Cordura style that i use for all my heavy Fenders. Secondly I also deal with a guy that will make you the BEST ROADCASE by hand!!! He build for Van Halen(among others) and lives across the road from my shop. They're called "MENTAL CASE" roadcases.............KILLER!!! and great priced! Email me : rmsproductionsmb@earthlink.net You'll dig his stuff....I do! He's currently making a case for my brother's boss Paul McCartney...for the Hofner Bass (seriously!)
Hello. I was fooling around with my amp case for Line 6 Spider 2x12 and I found that my Kustom heads fit perfectly in it from front to back! I can stack up my three amp heads (the two K200s and an Ampeg) in one 2x12 cab case! Very efficient, just stuff extra gear/cables along one side of the amps and foam between them; they shouldn't go anywhere inside the case. It weighs a lot though...(that Ampeg SS140C is a pig; I think it's 45 lbs!). I think i'll try this method at my band's next gig and if it works out i'll keep doing it; otherwise, i'll make a Kustomized amp case as I thought I should initially. Thanks!
P.S.- the case is actually cut to the size of a Line 6 Vetta 2x12 extension cab I believe if anyone is interested in trying this. I got it off of Ebay about a year ago from NYCase, it's a Lite Flite.
