Hey im new here and im sorry if this aestion has already been asked but does anyuone out there know how to tuck and roll an amp? i have some naugahyde but i am clueless as how to attach it the proper way to the amp. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Hey Coop...welcome to the group...!

Recovering an existing kustom is a labor of love...most important is to salvage the foam underneath the naugahyde as you're removing the old...that foam is ribbed to accomodate the roll n pleating...after that its a matter of getting it straight and a lot of staples...As bad as I've wanted to, I've yet to muster the courage or the time to take on even an amp head recover job...probably will make it my retirement projects ...if I can ever retire...

how are you doing i changed one of my kustoms amps tuck in roll before i dont mean to brag but it was a freakinstine bass amp that led zepplen made for me i changed the color to purple on the top and white on the sides and red on the front i just got duck tape and taped the tuck in roll on to the amp it looks like a pro did it for me so good luck with that. and iam glad that you are a part of the kustom gang keep emailing and ill answer
