I want to replace the casters on a 2 15" cabinet. I have heard that the Graingers work but are "slightly Off" as far as the 4 bolt pattern,,,do they require any drilling. Also the clear plastic handles are from a "Vibroworld" ?

Yes, the handles are from vibroworld. I have never use those casters so I cant help you with that question, but if worst came to worst and the holes did not line up, most good hardware stores carry aluminum flat stock in long lenghts so you remake the long sub mount strips.

I have the Grainger casters on my 3x15 cabinets without the bottom plate, just #12 - #14 sheet metal screws into the bottom of the cabinet. The plates were long gone by the time I bought the cabs. So far no disasters. The Cabs have 2 JBL E140's in each and that adds about 50# to each one. The worst that would be needed would be to enlarge or slot the casters/plates with a drill.
Good luck.

Oh, and by the way, the casters are an exact match in appearance.

Call me crazy, but if I did not use the sub- mount strip I would use long enough 10/32 machine screws, washers and nuts to go through to the inside of the cabinet, and form a good clamp. I hate the notion of moving the cab and ripping off a caster and having the wood screw taking some of the bottom plywood with it.

You would have to see these cabinets to know a ripped off caster is the least of it's worries. Laughing
