315 J-4 foot switch for effects etc? [message #5934]

I just got a 315 J-4 Head. This is the exact head
that John Fogerty uses. It is the 200 watt with
reverb ,vibrato, selective boost and harmonic
clipper.( no "200" on the face plate).

The effects switch input is a 4 pin XLR type male
(switchcraft) Located on the back panel. Can you help me figure out
how to wire a footswitch (or 2) so I can get
the effects to work. I know I can get the
4 pin female plug no problem. Any help would be appreciated
greatly.

I myself have never seen a plexi face kustom with a XLR type connection for the foot swt, but with all kustoms the reverb and tremlo should work with out the foot beening needed.
