Hey, has anyone out there ever opened a Kasino head? I have a Kasino Natural bass head that I need to replace the cord on, and I can't see any logical way of opening the head up. Everything looks riveted together, and I don't see any screws or panels that might come off.

Anyone ever dealt with this?

Also, when I install the new three prong cord I just want to make sure I have the procedure down. I put white wire where the old white wire was, I put the black where the black was, and I read one post that said I could run the ground to the screw that holds the plastic piece for winding the cord. That sounds like the easiest way to do it, but should I be looking for a better place to run the ground? Suggestions?

I have never seen a kasino amp out of the cab, but I find it hard to think that its made that way, after all their service centers had to repair the things without drilling out rivets and dumping metal fillings in the amp.bolt the green ground of the A/C down away from the preamp boards, best spot is nearthe power transformer even if you have to drill a 1/8" hole for a number 10 machine screw. If you can post a picture of the anp chassie.
