Hey all. I have a Kasino Natural bass amp, and I have been using it on my Ashdown 4x10 400 watt cab until I can get the $$ to build a 2x15 for this head. I was playing a gig this weekend and right during the middle of our rockabilly rendition of "Amphetamine Annie" my Kasino starting fading out. All I was getting was a really weak super fuzzy tone. I finished the show with my backup, but I want to know what I can do to make the Kasino more reliable. It has done this one other time, but that was during practice.
Here's some things I thought it could be: 1) overheating. I do live in Arizona and it gets pretty hot in some of the places I play. 2) The 2 prong cord. I still need to swap it out. 3) blown speakers. I still haven't gotten a chance to open up the cab and take a peek. 4) It's just old and needs to be taken to an amp tech for a once over.
Anyway, any additional thoughts or ideas will be of great help.
I checked my cab today and the speakers are fine. The Kasino was working fine as well. Could it be overheating? Seriously, I want to be able to use this head and rely on it. Any advice will be appreciated.

It could be intermittanly failing a transistor or IC chip, or a bad solder connection, all could be from heat. set it up and play it or play music by thru it with a small fan at the back of it and see if it acts up, or just take it to a tech.
