I just got a new 1960's tuck and roll Kustom 100. I wrote the Kustom people and they sent me here. So... Does anyone know the Impedence load for the 100 I can't find it written anywhere. And I'm not sure what footswitch to use for it. Will any stereo/2 button work for it? I'm just wondering. any help would be great.
thanks,
adam

Wellcome! All K100s where set to run at a 8 ohm load, but 4 ohms will not create a problem unless you run them up real high in volume where they will run much hotter and in turn stand a greater chance of popping some of the 30 plus year old semiconductors.Remmeber doubling up on speakers will provide more volume than halfing the speaker load impedance to get some what less than twice the wattage.
