Hi, I just came into a pretty nice K200A4 only thing is the footswitch did not come with it. Can someone tell me the functions of the footswitch, does it work the reverb and trem and H Clipper, Boost etc? I notice it is a four pin connector and ther is an RCA plug just above that, what is that for? Is it possible to make a footswitch? If so, what is the degree of difficulty for a do-it-your-selfer? HELP please!!! Thanks folks

The K200A series needed the footswitch to activate some of the effects. The RCA jack is a line out to another power amp/tape recorder, etc. The footswitch is easy. Open up the amp and see which terminal goes to ground. Using 4 SPST switches, the ground pin goes to one side of each of the 4 switches. The remaining wires connect to the other side of each switch. You will have to wire it up and see which switch operates what effect. I have on some amps just wired them all together to get the effects to work.

Just bought a K200A today, with no footswitch; was looking for one with no luck, then, found your posting - wow!
I'd be interested in buying one if you could let me know the price.
Thx
