uh oh...temptation strikes [message #941] Wed, 17 October 2001 14:25 Anonymous Well I"m in trouble maybe...I don't know why I even look on ebay...but I've done it...and there is both a pair of blue 4x10 columns ..and you know, especially after so open heartedly parting with my 4x8 columns that I'm on the prowl for some 4x10s...so yeah..that's me on the hi bid..haven't popped his reserve but he's gonna have to cough up some more pics before I get too aggressive..then to make things worse.. along comes this guy with a clean looking 2x12SC in white!!! aarrggh! I know the end game on that is gonna be too high a price..but I'd hate to tell you how many times I've gone in to look at that auction page...anyway...I"m also taking a run up to Chip's to take a second look at the white 4x10 he had on ebay... I hate he didn't get his price but I guess these be nervous times we live in...I think the problem is I didn't get to make Indy so I'm having a gear fever outbreak... wish me luck boys (and Deb) cause ET be on the prowl !! I'm jealous! Good luck in the auction. I bow to your desire to obtain them. Just remember me in the months to come... I understand completely about your need to get more Kustoms since you missed the show, I am battling the same affliction! I had to install a protection skin on my keyboard because all my drowling over Dan's 150 115 Altec......Jeez I want that bad...... Anyone interested in buying a blue sparkly 500 set??? I think from 15 ft on stage they will still make someone some great players so i don't want to discourage any buyers and mess up this seller cause he was nice enough to reply to my query..just not what i'm looking for...on to the white stuff...will this never end!?
