I contacted Accutronics for a recommendation on a reverb tank replacement. They gave me 4FB2C1A. I've seen in some old
messages on this site that 4FB2A1A is the correct number.
The difference in the two is the grounding of the I/O ports relative to the RCA jacks.

Can anyone verify which is correct based on your experience ?

Thanks.......

I don't have a K100 head, so you will have to check one thing to see if the standard tank will work for your amp.

The standard Kustom tank has both RCA jacks grounded.

In order to avoid a ground loop, usually the send wire that goes to the tank input is not grounded at the pc board. If your amp does not have a ground connection on the send line, and you use a tank with an isolated input jack, the reverb will not work.

Just look at the pc board where the RCA jack is mounted and see if the outer shell is connected to the circuit ground. If it isn't then order the tank with both jacks grounded.

As far as I know, Antique Electronics still has some NOS Kustom tanks on their website.
