According to a chart that LesS posted, serial numbers 111701 113900 Jan - Mar 1974 would put it early 1974. I'm not sure if Les was figuring Kasino's when he compiled the list. I'm thinking he didn't. According to the chart, it would make your Kasino Concert PA head a blue panel 6 channel with 7 band graphic. Which would be a sister model to the hard tolex Kustom lll PA head.

Thanks -- It is not the same -- A picture of it is on this web sight --- public address systems-- its is the one in the back and on the left. It is a black face-- 16 knobs and no 7 band graphic. I am kind of guessing that the 71 may indicate the year but I have not found any reference charts. So that is only a guess.
I checked again to be sure and it definitely is a five digit number --- 11171. Two speaker outlet jacks for 4 ohm.

Pleat --- Went to find the number chart you mentioned and wonder could this be it? Mine is the Kasino Public address concert model which I believe is 200W
K200A series era - July 1967 to April 1968 (starting with SN 15xxx)
07001 20300 1967

No, you have the Kasino which I thought you had. The 4 channel, silver bar at the top and bottom of the control panel. Kustom didn't start the Kasino line until sometime in 1970 so your's can't be a 1967. Kustom may have been using repeating serial numbers, since the number would be attached to either the Kustom or Kasino line. LesS did a lot of work putting together the chart and he must have been concentrating on the Kustom line.

Thanks Pleat -- You are right, mine has the silver bars you described. Obviously it can't be 1967 --- Since they started making Kasino in 1970. I can just assume mine is probably early 1970's. (Back when I was in my mid 20's)
I do appreciate your help and I am sure many (just like myself appreciate Less putting together this chart. The folks on this board have been very helpful putting up with my questions. As an update I do have it working and it sounds good! Some one is even sending me a copy of the schematics for this amp. Thanks to all, my grandson and I appreciate it.
Right - the serial number chart is for Kustom and won't work for Kasino.
For serial numbers for the Kasino line, they used a new series of numbers.
Kasino SN 11171 was made sometime around Dec 1971/Jan 1972.

Thanks Les for all your effort and your response. -- I appreciate knowing this about my amp. I'm good with Dec 1971 / Jan 1972. Probable does"t matter but I like knowing as much about my gear as I can. Again, thank you so very much.
