I am within close sonic tolerance of John's "Green River" guitar tone with the following. Just for fun here are the vitals:
The B-4 is running through a vintage 2X12
Jensen T&R 8 ohm cab. The guitar is a stock, and somewhat rare 2004 TV yellow/white pick guard Fender Squire 51.

K200B-4 boost/clipper channel (see #1)
Garagetone Tremelo pedal (see #2)
Modtone Colliseum Reverb pedal (see #3
Ibanez SD-9 Distortion (see #4)

#1
Volume 10:00
bright off
boost position 2 / boost vol.9:00 (for lead)
clipper off
bass 10:00
treble 1:00

#2
speed 5:00
depht 9:00 (matches John's rumored 1:00 setting on B-4 and Albert Hall CCR Green River video on utube)

#3
level 9:00
tone 12:00
Room setting

#4
